The trip was fantastic! Since it was our first time there was definitely a bit of a learning curve on how to facilitate a large group of people. We learned as we went. Next time we would want more lead time, better communication about pricing pre-registration, more communication with the hotel and all vendors including restaurant reservations before we arrive to prevent confusion about the space and scheduling. All attendees seemed completely or mostly pleased about the trip, and many said they would enjoy doing it again, so all in all it was a success!

Enjoyed the trip! Will take it again and bring more people! Great food when provided except Lark restaurant food was not timely. Great performances and pre-play lectures! Great accommodations and handy to the venue! Bus was nice. Happy to have two seats to ourselves.

I loved this trip to Ashland, and spending time with hammer theatre staff and Dean Shannon was especially wonderful. I thought the seats for every play were fantastic, and the hotel was very nice. My only (slight) complaints are: 1. the need to use the WhatsApp should have been made more explicitly clear. I missed one of Shannon's talks because the time changed & I didn't know. I did download the app after that, and that was fine. I just feel badly that I missed her talk & came in right at the end probably distracting everyone... 2. It was a bit unclear exactly what prefaces & extras we were entitled to attend. I skipped the behind the curtain tour on Friday morning because I thought I could only attend that OR the 1 Henry IV Preface Overall, still a 5/5 stars trip! I'm honestly watching for cheap airfare to Medford in September to go up again before this season is over. I will absolutely travel with the hammer again if possible! We had a great time. Wonderful catching up with other Journey's with Joe alumni and also meeting new comrades in song. Patrick and Krista were Marvelous as always! Meals and attractions were also Great! Looking forward to more "Journeys with Joe"
